Latest On The Austin Real Estate Market
According to the latest numbers from the Austin Board of REALTORS®, the average sale price of a home in our market declined, while month-to-month housing inventory increased.
A new 2,200-acre master-planned community just west of Austin has taken initial steps in its plans to provide “new and innovative housing options to the Greater Austin area.”
Austin’s Mobile Loaves & Fishes will be expanding their Community First! Village by 1,400 mico-homes to continue their work of assisting those facing chronic homelessness.
